Axial lower middle market, advisor represented deals only. Revenue $5 million to $250 million, EBITDA $500K to $25 million, its own site, $0 access, but the buyer pays a success fee on Axial-sourced closes, Lehman Scale, Private Network, Advisor Intermediated, NDA and CIM Workflow, Bizbuy Cell, Main Street and Local, Services, Restaurants, Retail, Car Washes and Laundromats, Light Manufacturing, plus an online and tech category. It is also the data source for Main Street pricing overall.
The 2025 taped 9,586 closed deals, $7.95 billion enterprise value, median sale price $350,000, median cash flow $158,950, median revenue $703,000, deals sold for 94% of asking at an average cash flow multiple of 2.61 times, and a revenue multiple of 0.69, revenue times to close 170 days. Q2 2026 stayed in the same band, 2,117 closes, median $349,250, 2.7 times cash flow with volume down 10% year over year as buyers and lenders got more selective.
Vetting and the risk that stays Bizbuy Cell states plainly that it is a marketing platform, not a brokerage firm, and charges only advertising fees. Listings go live on publish and are reviewed afterwards. Financials are whatever the owner or broker types in. Cash flow is usually an S.D.E. figure with undocumented addbacks and tax returns often do not match the listing.
Broker represented listings are usually better packaged, but the broker is paid by the seller at closing, so treat every recast as a sales document. Highest inflated numbers risk of any platform here and also where the missed price deals are. Buyer costs free to search and contact sellers and brokers.
Optional Bizbuy Cell Edge is low as $14.99 a month on its own product page, adds listing activity stats, price reduction icons, demographics and commercial real estate data, a buyer serious badge, and one free valuation report per month up to $59.95 value. NDA and proof of funds are set by each broker or seller, not the platform. Expect a signed NDA, plus a personal financial statement or pre-approval letter before any broker releases a CIM or tax returns.
How a deal moves entirely off-platform after the first message? Email the broker or seller, NDA, CIM or listing packet. Broker call and site visit, LOI or the broker's purchase offer form, have your own attorney review it, SBA underwriting, closing. Through an attorney or closing agent, typically an asset sale, the platform provides no escrow, no closing workflow, no LOI builder, flag, third party and coupon pages quote edge at $24.95 per month or $239 per year with one valuation per quarter.
The platform's own current page says, as low as $14.99 per month and one report per month, confirm the exact tier at checkout. The dollar difference is immaterial, the report cadence is not. Acquire.com, SaaS and startups, what trades here? Primarily SaaS and tech startups, plus established e-commerce and agencies, positioned for five to seven figure deals. Access tiers are set by trailing 12-month revenue, not price. Premium covers startups up to 250K TTM revenue. Platinum covers any size.
No authoritative average sale multiple is published on the pages checked. Listings show TTM revenue, TTM profit, ARR, churn and asking price, so multiples get computed deal by deal. Vetting and the risk that stays. Listings are curated and reviewed before going live. Sellers sync metrics and buyer and seller profiles are ID and LinkedIn checked. The Help Center requires a LinkedIn profile and offers a verify funds flow. That is screening, not a financial audit.
PNLs, churn and expenses are still seller supplied until you reconcile them to stripe or payment processor exports, tax returns and bank statements and diligence. Classic residual risks. Annualizing a good recent month, MRR times 12, churn hidden by annual contracts about to lapse. Found a written code nobody else can maintain. Customer concentration, buyer costs basic is free. Public listings only. No private details. No chat. Premium $390 a year. Startups up to 250K TTM revenue. Chat. Request private details.
Platinum $780 a year. All sizes, priority support, recommendations. No refund after seven days or after contacting a founder. The escrow fee is paid by Acquire.com under its plans via escrow.com. Seller side for negotiating context. A 6-8% closing fee plus a $25 to $250 monthly listing fee updated November 3rd. How a deal moves, paid plan, request private access, chat with the founder, then an LOI is mandatory on platform. Build and send it in the LOI builder or upload your own.
The founder accepts, rejects or negotiates. Then the APA via document builders, then escrow. Sign the APA, fund escrow.com, the seller transfers assets, the buyer approves, funds release. Fit for this search, cleanest workflow and data presentation for microSAS and escrows included. But there's almost nothing local or main street and most microSAS under $1 million is a job in disguise. Support, churn firefighting, technical debt?
Unless a support and dev team is already in place, SBA financing is rarely usable for small digital asset sales. So expect cash or seller note structures and price accordingly. Flag, Acquire's older blog still says, only fee is 4% closing, free to list. That page is superseded by the help center schedule above. Do not quote 4%. Third-party average multiple claims for Acquire were not corroborated on Acquire.com and are not relied on here.
